About Us

My name is Natalia, and I'm the founder and president of the Juniper Autism Project. I'm a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and currently pursuing my doctorate in Applied Behavior Analysis at The Chicago School. But beyond the credentials, I'm a mother, an advocate, and someone who lives this journey every day.

My passion for autism advocacy began the moment my son was diagnosed with autism at the age of four. Watching him grow and now being an adult has shaped the way I view support, education, and inclusion, not just as a professional, but as a parent. His journey, and our family's, is the heartbeat behind this organization.

For over 20 years, I've also proudly stood beside my husband, who serves in the United States Air Force. Our military life has taught me the importance of flexibility, resilience, and building strong communities. These principles I apply to everything we do at the Juniper Autism Project.

I created this nonprofit to help fill the gaps I once faced as a parent. My mission is to support autistic teens and adults, as well as their families, through meaningful advocacy, accessible resources, and a commitment to long-term empowerment. What started here in Las Vegas is only the beginning. I believe in a future where every individual on the spectrum has a voice, a plan, and a place to belong.

Thank you,

Natalia Lewis
